Jamie brought home the most beautiful roses. He even went to two places to get pretty ones! All with a seriously hurt back. He's the best. Oh and he found two great cards. He always finds the best cards.
A little bit after he got home, we had more excitement going on in the neighborhood. Our neighbor and dear friend, Jason, proposed to Katie, another sweet and dear friend. These are the people that I babysit for. Jason had Katie's friends and family there and he had the kids be apart of it. I video taped it and Jamie took pictures. We are so happy for them! Congratulations Katie and Jason!
Then, the girls (Jasmine, Kaylee and Megan) had gymnastics. Kelly (Megan's mom) was going to take the kids since it was our anniversary and our friend's engagement. Unfortunately, Meggie Meg was sick all day and couldn't go. I took the girls. Jamie and I will have many more anniversaries ~ you only get one engagement. The kids met their new teacher, which we believe his name is Kirk. The girls knew it started with a K and one of the other moms there said she thought it was Kirk. He is so crazy and just a huge ball of energy. He called Jasmine "Jazzi Jazz" which if you know Jasmine, we do call her that. Kay-bug and Jazz had huge smiles plastered on their faces the entire time. Jasmine almost has her cartwheel too! She was so excited about that!
So that is how our 4th anniversary was! I wish Jamie and I could have done something special but he is in so much pain from his back. Hopefully he can go, er... will go, to the doctor very soon.
