It rained yesterday and both of the boys' games were canceled. Of course, it wasn't until we were there and all the chairs were out and the rain started.
Jordan's game, which is his first play off game, got moved to today. They played against the Ironbirds and won! The final score 15 to 10! It was a great game. Jordan did awesome. The first time up to bat, he struck out. The second time up, he nailed it to left field!!! Oh my gosh! Everyone on the team and all the parents were screaming for Jordan! It was awesome. The grin on his face was priceless. It was a great moment. He came in to score that time. His third time up, he hit a pop up that was caught. He played right field and while he didn't catch anything, he was really quick to get what came to him back into the cut off man. He played a great game!! He has another game tomorrow against the Giants (one of the teams that has beaten us!).
Other than the games, we just hung out a lot of the deck this weekend with Jamie grilling. I swear he has for the last week. It's been super great!
I can't believe we only have 9 school days left! The year has flown by!
