Jordan had a 9 AM game so we had to be there at 8. While on the way, Jenna threw up. Oh what will this day turn into? So I dropped Jordan off with his coach and ran back home to get clothes. Something told me to pack her some clothes because I knew we'd be gone most of the day but alas, I didn't. Back to the game in plenty of time where Jenna slept in my lap for the first hour and then just sat there with me for the second hour.
Jordan actually swung this game! We think he's been having a bit of stage fright at the games when it's his turn. Not only did he actually swing but he hit the ball too! It was a nice hit but the 2nd baseball got it to the first baseman just before Jordan hit the plate. The guys on the team were really proud he actually hit it though. You'd of thought he didn't get the out. Next time up to bat, he walked on and then scored!
Jordan played right and left field.
The Muckdogs beat Damascus 17 - 7!!! It was an awesome game.

That game was over about 11:15. We took one of Jordan's teammates to his sister's game where his dad was at then headed home. I had a feeling Oma and Opa had been trying to call. They were planning on coming to James' game. Of course because no one ever listens to anything I say, Oma and Jamie weren't sure what time who's games where when. *Sometimes I wonder why I even talk.* Oma and Opa met us at our house at 12:30 and then we were off to James' game.
James had pictures and practice at 1. While that was going on, we sat, had hot dogs and watched the younger kids (they have to be like 4 or 5) play. There are some good little ball players there.
James game started a few minutes late and guess who actually got to come? Jamie! Oh man, if you could have seen the smile on James' face. I don't think anything would have made it come off. To top it off, James scored a touch down. Oh man, that was so cool to watch! And we thought the smile couldn't have gotten bigger! James made a lot of good attempts at getting the flags off of the other team and did a few times. He is quite a fast runner. They tied 24 - 24. They play for an hour and when time is up, if it's tied, that's how it stays. *No pictures from James' game. I completely forgot to take one. I wish I would have gotten a video of his touchdown. Maybe next time.*
It was a really great day for the boys. Beautiful weather. Both played great. Then we grilled at home.
