The four youngest kids and I went out to look for Halloween costumes. In our adventures, we stumbled into Build-A-Bear. I had a gift certificate for $10 that was expiring soon. The kids and I thought it would be fun to make Jaylynn her own. You can't be a Combs kids without an animal of some sort from there. We picked out a floppy-eared bunny friend for Jaylynn. Jasmine, Jacob and Jenna each help make it. When the lady helping us heard it was for the baby, she let each child pick out a heart to make a wish on and place in the bunny. I thought that was pretty special and the kids LOVED that. Jenna put in a red heart. Jacob put in a silver heart (which we have never seen in there but there was ONE in the container). Jasmine put in the plaid heart.
Jaylynn really likes her bunny and giggles at it when we play with it with her. She's just starting to reach out to things so it's just a matter of time before she attacks her bunny all on her own.
Her bunny friend is almost as big as her. :-)
Thanks Jasmine, Jacob and Jenna for making your baby sister her first stuffed animal. It was a very special time.
